Shipping and Charges

Transportation

We ship our goods with DHL. Higher volumes or quantities will be sent on pallets by a forwarding company.

Delivery time

We will process your order immediately after receipt. Delivery time varies from country to country, domestic orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days. For more information please contact us directly.

Delivery within Germany

When the value of goods is higher than 750,00€ net delivery is free of charge (not for international shipments).

Standard shipping costs under 750,00 € order volume 7,50 € net / parcel.

Purchase on account (upon consultation) only for state institutions. Please get in touch with us to define the terms.

Shipping outside Germany

Orders from foreign countries have to be paid in advance.
The shipping and handling depends on the weight of your order. You will get your personal non-binding offer including the charges for the shipping.

Returns

Second delivery of self inflicted returns will be charged with
6,50 € (in Germany)
or 12,00 € (abroad) handling fee plus second freight.
(This applies only for incorrect customer statements or unclaimed parcel).

Important information

Despite all precautions, damage can occur on delivery. Of course in this case we refund the damaged article for free, if you submit to the following procedure:
Damages in transit have to be immediately claimed to the supplier when receiving the goods. Afterwards service@molotow.com should be informed about the damage in transit. In case you want to return goods, please contact us in advance by mail, phone or fax. Thank you for your assistance and understanding.
